ReplyDeleteFrom everything I have read online (since I haven't done this yet, but am planning to...), you print off your receipt of payment (from your e-mail) and mail that in with the rebate form. I am thinking of mailing in the diaper proof of purchases as well just to be on the safe side. Others have said if you still have questions to call Diapers.com's 1-800 number, and that they are super helpful and friendly. Let me know if you find out something different!
