Apparently, Kentucky Fried Chicken had such an overwhelming response to the "Free Meal Deal" that I posted about here, that they are now offering a rain check for your coupons. Go here for more details.
You may still be able to use your coupon at the restaurant, but some restaurants are simply giving these rainchecks (which are for a meal and a drink - I guess to make up for the inconvenience).
We used two of our four coupons this week, but were planning on using the other two next Sunday....guess we'll have to settle for a raincheck!

is this new chicken from KFC fried and THEN grilled, or the other way around?
It is just grilled...and delicious! Plus, we figured out that with a two piece meal (including mashed potatoes/gravy and corn - no biscuit), it is under 600 calories for the full meal! Not bad!!
