$1.00 Off Wonka Fun Dip Coupon = Combined With After Valentine's Sale?

Just noticed on Coupons.com that there is a printable coupon for $1.00 Off Wonka Lik-m-aid Fun Dip, 12 oz. 

I was just thinking that there is probably some of this on clearance at Walmart right now for 75% off...should be free or almost free with the coupon!
