I went to Walgreens this weekend to get some of the RR deals. I wanted to use the RR from the first purchase to pay the balance on the next purchase and was told that if I used a RR to pay I would not get the RR on the item I was currently purchasing. Has anyone else run into this or is it just my Walgreens??

Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you.
You cannot purchase something, receive Register Rewards, and use those Register Rewards for the same product, getting more Register Rewards.
For example, if you get $3.00 in Register Rewards for buying a bottle of shampoo, if you use those Register Rewards to purchase that same kind of shampoo, you will not receive $3.00 in Register Rewards again.
However, you should always be able to use your Register Rewards and receive Register Rewards as long as it is a different product/different deal.
