Pineapple-Shrimp Skewers
Makes 6 skewers (we doubled the recipe)
3 Tbsp. Kraft Light Zesty Italian Dressing
2 Tbsp. Chopped Cilantro
2 tsp. Brown Sugar
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
1/4 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
12 Uncooked Cleaned Medium Shrimp, thawed
6 Fresh Pineapple Chunks (1 inch)
Heat grill to high.
Makes 6 skewers (we doubled the recipe)
