*I just got this recipe from the Hungry Girl newsletter that I have been dying to try. Now that I have a coupon for these, I am definitely putting it on my list for next week!

1/2 pack Nabisco 100 Calorie Pack Oreo Thin Crisps, divided
1/4 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
2 Tbsp. fat-free cream cheese, room temperature
1 Tbsp. Splenda
1/2 Tbsp. Jell-O Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Vanilla pudding mix
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup Cool Whip Free, thawed
Optional topping: Fat Free Reddi-wip

Break half of the cookies into small pieces, and finely crush the other half. Set both aside separately.

In a small bowl, combine ricotta cheese, cream cheese, Splenda, pudding mix, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip, and then gently stir in the broken cookie pieces. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.

This Hungry Girl version of Oreo Cheesecake only has 174 calories and 1.5 grams of fat. Did you know that the Oreo Cheesecake at The Cheesecake Factory has 869 calories and 33 grams of saturated fat?! Wow!

Did you sign-up for the Murphy USA e-newsletter that I told you about here? Well, besides the great $2.00 off Premium or Diesel coupon they sent us earlier this week, I just received an e-mail with a coupon for $1.00 off regular unleaded gas. This one expires 5/9, so you will need to use it soon! Lovin' all of these great gas coupons!

What Once Upon a Child is Buying Right Now

As I've told you before, I love selling my kids' clothes to Once Upon A Child. You don't need an appointment, and they will pay you money for your clothes the same day you bring your donations in. They just sent me an e-mail with their "needs" right now. (If you have any of these things sitting in your garage that you are not using, you might consider getting some cash for them):

- Jogging Strollers
- Toy Gyms
- Jeans
- Shoes

A couple of things to remember when selling to Once Upon A Child:

- Try to bring things close to/right before the season that they are for. I have found that they are more likely to take Winter clothes in the Fall/early Winter, rather than in early Summer.
- They usually only take "name brand" items. Typically they will automatically purchase clothing that is in good condition if it is Old Navy, Gap, Gymboree, etc.

Walgreens: Irish Spring and Softsoap Body Wash RR Rolling!

Attention Walgreens Shoppers: Apparently, the Irish Spring Body Wash and the Softsoap Body Wash Register Rewards are "rolling" this week. I have not tried this yet, but many blogs are reporting this.

*For those of you who are new to Walgreens shopping, typically if you receive a Register Rewards for purchasing something at Walgreens, if you use it to pay for the same item again, you will not receive another Register Rewards for this same item. However, when it is "rolling," you can use the RRs to pay for another body wash, which will spit out another RR, which you can use to buy another body wash, etc., etc., etc...
