Joy just e-mailed me to remind us about the Disney "Give A Day-Get A Day" Program that Disney World is offering right now:

If you participate in a community event listed on their site, you will receive a voucher for a FREE day at Walt Disney World! She and her husband volunteered for three hours at a Salvation Army recently, and both received a FREE Disney voucher! She said that children as young as six years old can participate and receive one. She also said that the Iron Mountain, MI Salvation Army location (for all my local readers - at the time that they volunteered) had not had anyone else participate yet, so they still had many vouchers to give away!

A Great Money-Saving Day!

Yesterday, was a pretty good money-saving day for us. After church we ate at Taco Bell for only $8.50 for our family of six with the coupons here!

Then, we filled up with gas - receiving $1.00 off our fill-up - with the coupon from Murphy USA I blogged about here.

Then, we went to Walmart for groceries. My main goal this week was not necessarily coupon-use (for two reasons: 1)my coupons have gotten highly disorganized over the Christmas Holidays and 2)I had made my menu around some new healthy, low-fat, low-calorie recipes rather than what I had good deals for.) WooHoo! I love my Swagbucks! I am still surprised when I talk to people who haven't signed up for it yet! On Sunday, I was talking to several people at church who hadn't even heard of it (obviously they haven't been reading my blog...hmmm!:))! Another Free Redbox Rental

Redbox has another FREE movie rental code for use at any of their Redbox locations.

The code is RBXLUV10.

It is very easy to use these coupon codes. On the first screen you see, there will be a selection titled, "Rent With Promo." When you click on that, you will be prompted to enter the code, choose your movie and then swipe your credit card (if you do not bring the movie back by 9:00pm the next day, you will be charged $1.00 a day).

*For my local readers, there is a Redbox located just inside the Walmart entrance (Pharmacy side) or I believe Walgreens has one right outside their entrance now too.
