* I also wanted to do the FREE Always products, but the cashier told me that for some reason the Register Rewards were not printing for those. She said that I could mail in for the Register Rewards, but I just decided to skip it.

I was in on that same day and bought the Always products and asked for the RR. She had to call the manager over and he told me about the mail in. I was less than interested and before I could say anything he said "I will just give you your money." He said that on most of the RR offers if you use a manufacturer coupon you will not be given a RR. I told him I always have and he said they are "cracking down." He stated that this was not the case with this one in particular (even without coupons it would not print) I went home thinking there was a new policy but it hasn't changed. They even promote the use of coupons when there is a RR deal in their ad. He clearly is trying to GET RID OF US!
